Meet Petrina Calantoni
Petrina Calantoni Unger joined Kurfiss Sotheby’s International Realty in October 2020, following five highly successful years as the top-earning sales agent at a boutique real estate firm specializing in horse farms and estate property she sold throughout the Lehigh Valley, Bucks and Montgomery Counties. Her business has grown organically through glowing referrals from satisfied clients and long-standing connections within the equestrian community.
Before obtaining her residential real estate license, Petrina spent more than 15 years managing commercial office spaces—properties she continues to own and operate today. She has also achieved great success in residential and commercial real estate investment, including several home renovation and flipping projects and the redevelopment of a large commercial building.
Petrina’s deep understanding of construction stems from a lifetime immersed in the industry. As a child, she often accompanied her father to job sites, and years later, she managed her own projects as a general contractor specializing in small commercial buildings. Today, she offers her clients access to a trusted network of skilled contractors and works closely with an interior designer to ensure every listing is beautifully staged and positioned for the best possible results.
Her clients describe her as hardworking, responsive, and ethical—qualities that have earned her a sterling reputation in both real estate and the equestrian world.
On a personal note, Petrina began her career on Wall Street, but her lifelong passions have always been real estate and animal welfare. In 2013, she founded No Nonsense Neutering, a low-cost spay/neuter clinic that continues to serve thousands of low-income families throughout northeastern Pennsylvania each year.
An accomplished equestrian, Petrina has earned both her Bronze and Silver Medals in Dressage, reflecting her dedication, discipline, and love for the sport. She resides in Pipersville, Bucks County, with her husband, beloved horses, barn cats, and rescue dogs.
